What’s in a macaron? 

The macaron shells are typically made of egg white and sugar. The fillings are either chocolate ganaches or fruit jams. 

What’s in the croissants? 

The croissants contain flour, butter, eggs, water, milk, sugar and salt. 

Is it made from scratch? 

Yes, all the croissants, chocolate croissants, baguettes and macarons are made from scratch and by hand  in Frenchy Treats’ kitchen at 124 E Nifong.

 

How long do your products last?

Our croissants, chocolate croissants and baguettes are always baked same day as delivery. They taste best on the same day. 

The macarons can be kept in the freezer for 1 month, in the fridge for up to 5 days, and are best eaten at room temperature. The outside will be slightly crunchy and the inside soft. 

How many macarons do I need for my party? 

We recommend 2 to 3 macarons per person.

What flavors of macarons do you have? 

I currently make: dark chocolate, hazelnut chocolate, coconut, raspberry, vanilla and coffee. Don’t hesitate to contact me at frenchytreats@gmail.com for customized colors and flavors for your event. 

Where can I order some treats? 

You can order on our website. Frenchy Treats currently offers delivery around Columbia MO at no charge, from 7:30am to 7pm.

Do your products contain nuts?

Our croissants, chocolate croissants and baguettes do not contain nuts, but are produced in a kitchen that used nuts. You may find trace amounts of nuts in them. 

The macarons are made with almond flour and the Hazelnut macaron does contain hazelnut. 

 

Do your products contain dairy? 

Yes, the croissants, chocolate croissants and most macarons contain dairy.

Do you offer shipping outside of Columbia MO?

No, at the moment we do not offer shipping outside of CoMO, but are working on it!
